Context Computing Context can play a large part in wearable computing. A users context is made up of items from their environment and parts of their personality, for example a users context might include their Location, the Object that they are interacting with, their personal Diary for the day, what their personal Preferences are etc. By sensing these type of Context Identifiers a wearable computer can aid the user in many different ways. At Birmingham we are working on systems that alter the information presented to a user as their Context changes. In our first system only Location was used as a Context Identifier, we are now working on systems that use many more indicators of context.
