Below are listed all of the ImageJ plugins developed by my project students.

Simply download them into your ImageJ plugins directory and re-run ImageJ.

Colour Quantization

These are some techniques implemented by Sashah Eftekhari to map full colour 24-bit  RGB images into 8 bit images. The zip file Colour Quantize.zip contains both Java source files and Java class files for a range of colour quantization algorithms including simple clustering techniques and SOM's. Also the zip file contains some colour test images.
