The HugeInteger folder is the one created by 
Visual Web Developer on the local IIS server. 

The ProjectFiles folder contains the HugeInteger 
folder created by Visual Web Developer in the 
current user's My Documents\Visual Studio 2005\Projects 
folder.

You do not need to use the files in either of these folders 
if you create the Web service from scratch. You may want to 
copy the HugeInteger class's code from HugeInteger\App_Code
to save yourself time in typing the class.
