The BlackjackService folder is the one created by 
Visual Web Developer on the local IIS server. 

The ProjectFiles folder contains the BlackjackService
folder created by Visual Web Developer in the 
current user's My Documents\Visual Studio 2005\Projects 
folder.

You do not need to use the files in either of these folders 
if you create the Web service from scratch. You may want to 
copy the BlackjackService class's code from BlackjackService\App_Code
so you do not need to type all the code.
